These Terms govern your use of Fake Emergency Escape Call (“the App”) provided by Moustafaplusplus (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The App schedules simulated incoming calls on your device. It is not a replacement for emergency services, medical assistance, law enforcement, or real telecommunications. It does not dial real phone numbers or transmit your voice to other people over a phone network.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live). If you are under 18, you should use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

You are responsible for caller names, text messages, and voice recordings you create. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate others’ rights or applicable law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted alarms, exact timing on all devices, or that the App will meet your needs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING MISSED ALARMS, MISUNDERSTANDINGS WITH OTHERS, OR RELIANCE ON SIMULATED CALLS IN ANY SITUATION.
Some features require Android permissions (notifications, alarms, microphone for optional recordings, etc.). You may deny permissions, but features may not work. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App or restrict access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the publisher resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
