Fake Emergency Escape Call (“the App”) is offered by Moustafaplusplus (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what information the App handles and how. The App provides scheduled simulated incoming calls only — it does not place real phone calls or contact emergency services.

Summary

We do not operate servers that collect your personal data in version 1.0.
We do not sell your data or use third-party analytics or ad SDKs in version 1.0.
Scheduled calls, text messages, optional voice recordings, templates, and settings are stored on your device.
No account or sign-in is required.

Information stored on your device

Depending on how you use the App, the following may be stored locally:

Caller names and text messages you enter for simulated calls
Voice recordings you choose to record for playback after you answer (stored as audio files in the App’s private storage)
Schedule times and call status (scheduled, ringing, completed, declined, etc.)
Message templates and preferences (speech rate, vibration defaults, onboarding completion)

Data is stored using Android local storage (Room database, DataStore, and app-private files). It is not uploaded to our servers because version 1.0 has no backend.

Microphone

The App requests microphone permission only when you choose Voice recording as the message type and tap record. Audio is captured solely to create a message that plays on your device after you answer a simulated call. We do not transmit recordings to our servers in version 1.0.

Information we do not collect remotely

Account registration (no accounts)
Precise location
Your contacts list (names you type are stored locally only if you enter them)
Analytics, advertising IDs, or crash reporting SDK data in version 1.0

Android permissions

Permissions are used on-device for App features:

Notifications — ringing alerts when the App is in the background
Microphone — optional voice message recording (only when you start recording)
Exact alarms — fire scheduled simulated calls at your chosen time
Full-screen intent — show the incoming-call screen over the lock screen when the system allows
Vibrate — vibration while ringing
Foreground service (media playback) — reliable ringtone playback while ringing
Wake lock — keep the screen on during an active simulated call
Receive boot completed — reschedule alarms after device restart where supported

Text-to-speech (when you use a text message) uses the speech engine on your device (for example Google Text-to-speech), subject to that provider’s policies.

Third-party services

Version 1.0 does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud backup SDKs. Device speech engines and the Google Play distribution platform have their own policies.

Google Play Data safety

Information in this policy should match what you declare in Play Console Data safety. For version 1.0, user-provided voice recordings and call content are processed and stored on device only, not shared with us.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and deletion

Data remains until you delete calls in the App, clear app storage in system settings, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes local databases and voice files.

Security

Data lives in the App’s sandbox on your device. No storage method is perfectly secure; use a device lock and keep your system updated.

We may update this policy when the App changes. The date above will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
